Nevertheless, having an extra bedroom compensates for this difference. One aspect I’m not particularly fond of is the adjacent vacant playground, which can be seen as both a positive and a negative. Personally, I find it to be an eyesore, but on the bright side, it provides some privacy as there are no neighbors on that side of the building. Behind the property, there’s a church, which may cause some Sunday traffic. However, for the right investor, this shouldn’t be a major concern.
