Just the casual estate sale at an old home on a premium lot on the beach side of Central along the Gold Coast.
2539 Central is a 40 x 100 lot. The current house was built in 1932. Its location is near unbeatable:
But when we noticed this estate sale sign last week, we did a little digging and discovered that the property has recently changed hands– sold to a premium builder.
We’re told they plan to build two 4-bedroom, 2- or 3-bathroom condos on the lot.
