Agent Hot Take 🔥: Here we have 3 properties all in a row built by the highly touted Achristavest Builders. There are two, first-floor units available and one second-floor unit, all boasting 6 bedrooms each. Knowing Achristavest, these properties will be absolutely beautiful when finished and, if you get your foot in the door now, I would imagine you can make your own selections for the house. I’m not crazy on the prices, though: There were recently a few single-family homes closer to the beach for sale in the same price range as the second-floor unit here, but we will see!
