This unit was built in 2003, so it isn’t brand new, but the interior has been well maintained and seems to have been updated over the years. The price is good here, too. I really like the areas between 16th and 23rd Streets in OCNJ. A lot of people don’t think about it but, in the dog days of summer, those are the only streets that allow you access to the boards yet still have quiet nights. The reason? From about 5th Street to 15th Street, you have all commercial property on the boards, and that obviously brings the traffic to those streets at night, but 16th to 23rd is all residential. It’s a sweet spot in OCNJ and, in my opinion, the highest-grossing rental area. This is a nice one!
