This property is in a great location. I love the deep Southend. Same as I’ve said before: You’re so close to Strathmere, Corson’s Inlet, shops, restaurants, and more. The downside to this one is the age of the property. When these were built, they didn’t have a carport or garage, and there’s really only one parking spot in the back (hence no pics of the parking). You could maybe squeeze two in if you wanted. The rental potential here sits at about $45k per summer, maybe a little more, and it’s a good buy in today’s market.

At only about 3 blocks from the beach, you might ask why this single-family home asking $1.26M isn’t selling. Here are my thoughts: I think it’s a good buy, but there are definitely red flags. It’s on a TINY 25 x 70-foot lot. The interior is also decorated for a certain taste. If I had this listing, I would suggest the seller to take a more beachy approach: Repaint, add new bedspreads, and take some art down. It would definitely pay off. For the price and location, this is one of the better single-family buys out there. I just think it needs more of a beach feel to it.
