- 800 St James Pl: New construction single family. The location is good, but it’s at the farther end of the street, so you aren’t super close to the beach, but you can definitely walk. This one is a little high, in my opinion, looking at the comps.
- 821 Pennlyn Pl: This is another excellent new construction in a decent spot. The only downside is the 25 x 80-foot lot size. The inside is definitely tiny.
- 45 Walnut Rd: This is a single-family on the bay. An amazing location and a beautiful home. Again, the price seems a little high, but I could see someone taking a shot here for the location.
