  • 1924 Ferndale Dr: This is a beautiful new construction in a great location! It’s great for someone year-round. It might take a little time to sell, but it will go.
  • 1412 Haven Ave Unit 1: A very nice 5-bedroom on Haven. The price isn’t bad. It’s just a tough location to sell.
